Lorenc Tong (Lawrence Tong), nga Singapori, është Drejtori Ndërkombëtar i OM-it, që kultivon vizionin dhe ofron udhëzime për Skuadrën e Udhëheqjes Globale (Global Leadership Team). Ai ka studiuar për Komunikim dhe ka një diplomë Master në Administrim Biznes. Atij i pëlqen shumë t’i shohë individët të jetojnë me bollëk për Perëndinë. Ai filloi të shërbente me OM-in në 1978 kur u bashkua me anijen Doulos dhe takoi gruan e tij, Suzanën (Susan). Ai kaloi pesë vjet në secilën anije të  OM-it, Logos, Logos II dhe Doulos: ka punuar në zyrën qendrore të anijes në Mosbach dhe ka shërbyer si drejtor për OM-in në Kinë dhe Tajvan Ngazëllimi i tij për të parë komunitete të gjalla të ndjekësve të Jezusit në distanca të afërta për të gjithë njerëzit në botë është ajo që e shtyn atë të lëvizë çdo ditë.

To tell the truth

Within the span of a few generations, truth as an arbiter of reality has been assailed, deconstructed, distorted and devalued to the point where its existence and authority in the affairs of mankind are challenged. Once considered absolute, truth is being replaced by relative truth, rationalisation, contextual truth or personal, private truth that owe no accountability to anyone, especially Almighty God. As followers of Jesus, who declared, “I am the way, the truth and the life” (Jn.14:6, NIV) — not one among many — we must subject ourselves to the truth in all we think, say and do.
