Partnership Overview

Use your mix of training talent, creative skills, IT savvy and project awareness to design interactive and engaging content to equip our people for mission, online, wherever they are in the world. Learning Designers with relevant educational and/or experiential eLearning background are encouraged to apply. However, training is available for candidates with solid in-person teaching skills.

Required Skills

The Learning Designer will support a team of cross-cultural trainers by designing and developing instructor-led and self-paced training programmes for online and blended delivery using online learning platforms. You will possess a good knowledge of spoken and written English, and strong computer skills are a must. A second language would be advantageous though not essential. While it is our preference for the post holder to be located close to a local OM office, the role could be carried out from any location with good internet access.

Can be either full-time or part-time.
