Use and develop your administrative skills to provide administrative support to our growing Ships literature ministry. We distribute Christian and Educational books in our endeavor to share knowledge, help and hope globally.

Required Skills

Required Skills:

  • Authorized to live and work in the USA. A heart for literature ministry
  • Competent using MS Excel - advanced skills not necessary.
  • Organizational skills
  • Highly detailed
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Previous OM Literature ministry experience preferred but not necessary.
  • Preference for long-term service ( 1 year minimum) with options for role development/growth.

Role: You will based in Florence, SC, USA working alongside our senior literature administrator to:

  • Generate purchase orders
  • Record and receive incoming stock
  • Resolve product detail discrepancies.
  • Continual stock take (rolling inventory).
  • Process invoices
  • Pick & Pack internet orders
  • Minute taking for literature meetings
  • Cover for senior administrator
