Partnership Overview

You will be part of our international team working among Middle Eastern migrants and refugees in Heilbronn. As a team, we provide migrants and refugees with practical support for integration, while inviting them to know Christ and following Him in discipleship. Each team member makes his/her own unique contribution to this.

Required Skills

Tasks:

Accompanying migrants in practical everyday matters
Discipleship and formation of Bible study groups
Visits to asylum centres
Depending on your talents, we are looking for people who:

o want to expand our social media channels o can organise things, maintain lists o create ministry options for children

Skills, character qualities and requirements:

A personal relationship with Jesus and a commitment to the values and vision of OM Germany
Willingness to build a circle of friends providing prayer and financial support
German language skills are key (minimum requirement: B2)
Patience with peaople
Experience in spiritual guidance and evangelisation
Openness towards Muslims and people of other faiths
Commitment to our motto of being a friend to strangers
