OM in Albania has a history of outreaches to cities and rural areas where no church exists. In the early 90’s, OM in Albania began to plant churches in several cities in the western part of the country. OM in Albania wants to restore their focus on reaching areas where there are few or no Jesus followers, to plant or help plant churches, and to share the love of Jesus and to disciple people to serve as lights in their communities. The vision also includes helping develop the future workers and leaders of the church in Albania.

The Church Planting and Development team works in different areas around Albania, running children and youth ministries, meetings for women and men, as well as equipping ladies through sewing and baking courses while sharing the message from the Bible of what Jesus has done for us. There are many opportunities to creatively live out Jesus’ love among Albanians, including physiotherapy, exercise classes, and reaching out to the elderly.
