Vincent (DE/CA) and Priscila (MX) have been leading the OM Mexico team since March 2020. As Director, Vincent is responsible for leading the team and the overall direction of the work of OM Mexico. Priscila supports Vincent in OM Mexico in all areas and is also involved in OM Latin America with training. They started their journey with OM in 2003 as singles, serving on board the Logos II for 4 years, got married and lived in Germany for a number of years. In 2013 they re-joined OM and served in South Africa at the MDT Training Base for almost 7 years in the leadership team. In South Africa Vincent and Priscila have discovered more of their passions which are Training, Mentoring and Leading. 

They are glad to serve now in Mexico and for their Children to learn Spanish, and more of the culture as this is where they have extended family as well.
