We are looking for a passionate individual to join our REACH Staff as a Program Trainer. Out Program is designed to equip believers to find their place in wolrd missions, specifically to establish vibrant communicties of Jesus followers amongst the least reached.

Compétences requises

  • Passion to train and equip others to be effective in their own caling and ministry through their personal gifts.
  • Leadership experience
  • Training experience
  • Cross-cultural ministry experience
  • English fluency
  • Able to work with deadlines or under pressure
  • Teeach content related to team building, conflict managemet, and disciple-making on a regular basis.
  • Assist in developing and immplementing strategies to reach and engage least-reached people groups
  • Foster a culture of learning and growth within the program.
  • Collaborate with other staff nembers to ensure the overall success of the program.

Please note: This is a non-salaried position. Members need to raise funds and support in partnership with firedns, family and churches.
