Across OM, we have a strong need for people gifted in administration to aid ministry taking place on the mission field.Those with administrative skills are needed in almost every facet of ministry to ensure efficiency, and that tasks, paperwork and coordination involved in organizing people and events is accomplished with completeness and attention to detail.

Are you good with planning, organizing and communication? If this is you, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities.

  • Communicate to the regional teams from the Inspire and FD team.
  • Communicate with Vendors.
  • Coordinate reporting from our key ministries on Caleb.
  • Update and maintain team project management software.
  • Assist Inspire associate.

Requirements:

  • Administration experience
  • Basic computer knowledge and competency
  • Detail oriented
  • Well Organized and planned out.
  • General Research ability (Optional)

Please note: This is a non-salary position. Members need to raise funds and support in partnerships from friends, family and churches
