To direct and manage all head office functions for an international catalytic ministry working in 30 countries. Overseeing functions like HR, fundraising, governance, PR to support the growth, impact and sustainability of the organisation.
Compétences requises
- Proven leadership experience & business acumen (5 years of working experience and/or relevant post-school qualification)
- Passionate about empowerment and upliftment through business/entrepreneurship.
- Experience in managing people from diverse backgrounds and in gaining alignment across a broad stakeholder community.
- Have had exposure to missions (at least one short term outreach or equivalent) and some understanding of Business as Mission / Business 4 Transformation.
