The Leader Support exists to support OM Zambia's Runway with all required operational services. To connect and support Zambian Missionaries to their serving field.

Compétences requises

Experience in managing people from diverse backgrounds and in gaining alignment across a broad stakeholder community

The purpose of the CONNECT Branch is to:

Underpin and support the whole runway with the operational resources required to deliver the vision.
Connect Zambian Missionaries to their field of service.
Ensure that the field's operations comply with local and international legislation as well as OM policies and guidance.
To help care for everyone in OM Zambia and to offer practical and pastoral support through member care where appropriate.

The appointed person will be required to attend some basic missions courses if they have not completed the basic OM missions programs.

Please note: This is a non-salaried position. Members need to raise funds and support in partnerships with friends, family and churches.
