Durch Kurzeinsätze bieten wir Menschen die Möglichkeit erste Missionserfahrungen zu sammeln. Wir wünschen uns, dass sie dabei Gottes Mission für die Welt und ihr Leben entdecken und inspiriert zurückkehren. Du berätst und begleitest Teilnehmende in der Vorbereitungs- und Einsatzzeit und organisierst Einsätze für Gruppen im In- und Ausland. Dabei stehst du im Austausch mit dem internationalen OM-Netzwerk – mit einem der größten Kurzeinsatz-Angebote weltweit.

Nødvendige ferdigheter

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Beratung & Begleitung von Einsatzteilnehmenden
  • Administration von Bewerbungen
  • Planung & Durchführung von Gruppeneinsätzen
  • Anleitung & Schulung von Teilnehmenden
  • Besuch von Einsatzstellen im In- und Ausland
  • Mitgestaltung von OM-Infotagen
  • Teilnahme bei christlichen Events, um Menschen für Mission und die Mitarbeit bei OM zu begeistern

Dein Profil:

  • Eine persönliche Beziehung mit Jesus und eine Identifikation mit den Werten und der Vision von OM Deutschland
  • Bereitschaft zum Aufbau eines Freundeskreises zur teilweisen Finanzierung der Lohnkosten
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem MS-Office Paket
  • Initiatives, selbstständiges und strukturiertes Arbeiten im Team
  • Eigene Einsatzerfahrung & Anleitung von Einsätzen
  • Wünschenswerte Qualifikationen: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im  aufmännischen oder theologischen Bereich
