Joel Kumar

Joel grew up the son of a church planter in India, where he was able to witness the gospel take root in communities and churches established among the poor, marginalised and social outcasts. Joel earned his MBA from Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) in India. He moved to Canada in 2011. Joel has 15 years of experience in executive leadership, marketing, fundraising and external relations, having served as the Associate Director of OM in Canada, the Executive Director of OM in New Zealand, and Vice President of Development at Trinity Western University. He currently serves as Vice President of Enrollment and External Relations at Columbia Bible College. Joel is passionate about connecting God's people and resources to God's mission, for the sake of the gospel, as well living an authentic life of faith alongside his wife Joanna that will challenge their two daughters to follow Christ as well.
